ESS and FUWAVITA Sign MOU to Empower Deaf Women and the Deaf Community

Updated: Dec 25, 2023

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing legal services through collaboration with disability-supporting organizations, we're thrilled to announce that ESS Creative and Legal Foundation has joined forces with FUWAVITA to bring essential legal services and mediation knowledge to women deaf entrepreneurs and the broader deaf community in Tanzania.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) isn't just a formality; it represents a powerful promise: equal access to justice and conflict resolution for those who have often faced barriers.

Deaf women entrepreneurs can now:

  • Access legal advice and representation: Build and grow your businesses, knowing you have support.

  • Tap into mediation skills: Learn the benefits of mediation and how to access these services within Tanzanian communities.

This partnership extends beyond individual cases. It's about creating a world where communication is seamless and justice is within reach for everyone. We're paving the way for a future where deaf voices are heard, understood, and empowered.

This is just the beginning! We plan to expand our reach and services, becoming a beacon of hope for the deaf community. But we need your help. Share this news, donate, or volunteer your skills. Let's work together to build a world where #DeafEmpowerment and #JusticeForAll become a reality.

P.S. Stay tuned for updates on our website and social media! We'll share stories, resources, and ways you can join this exciting journey.

Let's make this partnership soar!
