Strengthening Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Through Cross-Institutional Collaboration

At the 49th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba), ESS Creative and Legal Foundation strengthened its role as a cross-institutional ambassador for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Tanzania.

ESS observed the readiness of collaboration of the High Court Mediation Center, the Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs, and ESS Creative and Legal Foundation to promote accessible and inclusive Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) across Tanzania.

Distinguished leaders from the Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs, including the Deputy Minister, the Permanent Secretary, the Head of the ADR Unit, and other Principal State Attorneys from the Public Legal Service Department under the ADR Unit Section, visited the High Court Mediation Center Pavilion. Their presence demonstrated strong government support for mediation and emphasized the importance of cross-sectoral collaborations in expanding justice beyond courtrooms.
