On 23 June 2026, ESS Creative and Legal Foundation participated in a capacity-building training on leadership and good governance for non-governmental organizations, organized by the National Council of NGOs (NaCoNGO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Groups.
ESS was represented by Erick Mukiza, Executive Director and Accredited Mediator. The training was facilitated by Dr. Florence Temu, Executive Director of Amref Health Africa together with a collegues from Amref.
Participants gained practical knowledge on project management, proposal writing, financial management, and sustainability strategies for small NGOs. The sessions also highlighted the importance of collaboration with government institutions and other stakeholders to strengthen organizational sustainability and increase impact.
